   In IE, the theme looks fine, but in Firefox the CSS doesn’t work. This is what it looks like.

   Any ideas?

   Try clearing your borwser's cache and doing a forced reload of the page in question. FF may have choken when it tried to get the file previously and just hasn't repulled it.
