tie ‘form’ and ‘table’ together so they update automatically?

I’d like to have a form (group name, location, email, website, description) and a corresponding table that is automatically updated when people fill in the form.

Is this possible? I’ve currently got a WP-table reloaded plugin and Formbuilder. Both seem great, but I can’t figure out how to avoid having to manually move the info from the form to the table.

I’m up for paying for some assistance with this.
