When I add tickets to an event I’ve noticed that sometimes only 1 ticket will save. For example, when I check “Enable registration for this event”, Standard Ticket is available as a default. Now I want to add (2) more ticket options. One is for a single person, the other is for a couple with a different price. When I do this and publish the event, sometimes both tickets are saved. Other times only one of the tickets is saved.

I can’t tell if tickets need added in a certain order, or if the event needs published before adding tickets, or what other trick may resolve the issue. Looking for some feedback here. Thanks!

    hi,

just to make sure it’s not another plugin or theme causes the issue; can you try the following:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

I don’t think this is a theme/plugin issue as I’ve just experienced the same issue with the Events Manager Pro trial website.

are you able to post this on pro forums? and share some login credentials for us to see?

If you can reproduce this please let me know how and I’ll have a look. I haven’t had any issues creating multiple tickets.
