NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster
Tickets and Email Unanswered for over a month (8 posts)

    I'm a PRO user and I've opened two tickets, #243584 and #247265. The first was opened a month ago on November 26th and has been ignored for weeks. The second was asking about the status of the first and it to has been ignored as well. Four days ago I sent a message via your contact form and there has been no response to that, either.

    I'm not sure what's going on over there but I'd really appreciate some support.

    The plugin will not post scheduled items. It's configured to do so every few hours for each network type and doesn't do anything. Similar to this post, also unanswered: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/pro-version-to-schedule-autopost-existing-posts-doesnt-works

    Other questions are being answered. Why do I keep being ignored? I'm a paying customer!

    1. Your ticket #243584 was answered 8 days ago.

    2. This thread has no useful to others info or questions that require response.

    3. Support for "Pro" version is not officially allowed here.

    I had no choice but to post here because my tickets were being ignored and no one replied to the contact form that I submitted. I will reply to the ticket update, but I never received an Email notification telling me an update had been added to the ticket...
