• Resolved xuzi

    (@xuzi)

A guest admin on a site I built upgraded WP to 3.5 without asking me (!) and now there is an issue with a new event that she created with Events Manager. I upgraded EM, but the issue hasn’t resolved. I have gone over all the settings, but it seems they are still the same as I set them. I can’t identify how to fix this (easily).

The issue is that the dropdown button that allowed a user to select the number of tickets to book has disappeared. Now the Booking form lists only the price of the ticket and a comment field — there’s no “spaces” field with a dropdown list.

Where it would appear, shows up in Firebug as <input class="em-ticket-select" type="hidden" value="1" name="em_tickets[223][spaces]">

This has happened only on a new event, not on old ones.

    example of the problem:

example of what we had before that’s still working:

    Thank you for suggestions!

  • Hi,

did you check the available tickets left?

if there’s only one ticket available (or the ticket is limited to one per booking), then it won’t show a dropdown, since only one can be chosen, if you want to always force a dropdown, you can choose to always show a table of tickets even for single ticket events under Events > Settings > Bookings > Ticket Options
