   I am using the plugin on this page: http://terracelakecc.org/wordpress/videos/ it originally worked fine, but is now somehow displaying 2 of each thumbnail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

   I have the same problem, this seems to be a conflict with another plugins.
   For me it was a conflict with "Shortcodes Ultimate" so go to the settings of this plugins a deactivate the personal format. that's work for me !
