Thumbnails Show But Video Doesn't Play

The thumbnails show in the sidebar, and when you push play the whole screen goes gray (like a light box) but then the video never appears at the middle of the screen.

(I’ve taken the videos down so as not to confuse my readers – let me know if I need to try putting it back up to have someone help me fix it.)
