Thumbnails NOVOMAG not visible

    Need assistance on novomag theme and visual composer plugin. Already contacted them and followed guidelines to correct in order for thumbnails to show on posts buy to no avail.

    Is anybody available to assist us on this matter for guidance.

    Then that’s not something we can assist your with. We don’t have access to that code (nor do we want access, truth be told).

    For pro or commercial product support you really need to continue and contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Which plugin is that? If it’s a plugin issue then try and switch to the Twenty Fourteen theme temporarily to see if the problem remains.

    If it does remain then your problem may not have anything to do with your theme.
