Am I missing something? The thumbnails created when images are uploaded are mostly horrible. If I go in and-re crop them, they are updated in the admin and in the non flash alternative gallery on an iPad they are NOT however updated in the swf file. This doesn't seem to be a caching issue. If I delete the thumbnails in the album directory on the server the swf file can't find them and yet it is not displaying the thumbs that are in the directory but some older versions instead.
Any Ideas?

The gallery is here (using shortcode):
http://www.agentsofchangecon.com/photos
And here is a 'GRAND' gallery page with a different skin:
http://www.agentsofchangecon.com/flagallery/aoc-2012#/1
Neither of these two galleries is displaying the thumbnails in the image directory on the server, not sure where they are being pulled from.

If I delete the thumbs I get an error but when I put them back they are still not my custom cropped thumbs.
Thanks
On this page http://www.agentsofchangecon.com/photos
you use Midnight skin (default). Recommended size of thumbs for this skin is 100x100 px. Go to Manage Galleries page -> choose gallery with checkbox -> choose 'Create new thumbnails' from Actions dropdown and click Apply -> set size 100x100 and click OK.
For FlatWall skin: first, go to Skins page -> find FlatWall skin -> click options -> set thumbnail size you want to be in the flash -> save settings. Then go to Manage Galleries page and create new thumbs with the same size.

Ah, that makes sense it was cropping the 200X200 thumbs. I batched them to 100X100 and all is well.
Thanks!
