Thumbnails not showing

    Thumbnails are generated by FFMPEG on your server. If you don’t have FFMPEG installed on your server (very few people do, and very few people are allowed to) then you have to use existing images as a thumbnail. I wouldn’t expect a thumbnail to be grey unless the first frame of your video is grey. Can you post a link to an example?

    Hi,

    I am currently working off my server, is there any way I can contact to via email so that I can send you some images of what I am seeing. The thumbnails are not showing and are coming up as links. I like the gallery Idea and am a little unsure of where to go from here.
