    Hey,

Check to see if hard-crop is enabled in your thumbnail settings – WooCommerce Settings > Catalog tab.

In Catalog tab, hard-crop is disabled, and I tried to regenerate the thumbnails, but nothing to do 🙁

With WordPress 3.5 I had not this kind of problem

    Hi,

hard-crop enabled or disabled makes no difference, thumbnails stay cropped.
I changed there width and height and generated a new site. But on the new site the thumbnails had the equal size as before.

    I’m working with WordPress 3.5.

    Any ideas?

@micwp123 – Well your images seem to be more of portrait than landscape but yet your settings seem to be 150×150 which is a square.

    So try this:

    Turn cropping off.

Set image width to 150 as you have it
For height set to 9999 – this tells WP to have unlimited height.

Then regen your images and re-test…
