I have upgraded from 3.0.4 to 3.0.5. i have a problem of thumbnails and slideshow does not work. I use nextgen-gallery. Image rotator too is not working. I have already checked the folder permissions.
Also i don't see more post writing controls in the writing pad, most of them are missing and could not write in the visual mode. please help in this.

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

I activated Twenty Tn theme. and came back to my original theme.
Superb! The problem solved and released my last two days stress.
