Thumbnail/Full View Options not available

I was messing with Podpress and Permalink to get stats on podcasts that I have on my website but now when I write a new post I am unable to view the thumbnails. When I click on “browse all” only the link to: file, page and none radio buttons are available for selection. Anyone have a solution? I am using thumbnails for my post and use lightbox plugin so my readers can view the full image. Any help would be appreciated.
