Thumbnail Problems within several magazine theme

    I’m trying to set up a magazine style homepage for my blog using one of the several free magazine style themes I’ve found. But I have consistently been unable to get thumbnails/images on my front page. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    My site is at http://maastrichtminutiae.fallenkitten.com
    And the themes I’ve tried are Cover WP 1.4.1, Arthemia 1.0, PRiNZ BranfordMagazine 4.2, and SWIFT 5.10. Actually I’ve got other problems with SWIFT as well, but that’s besides the point for now.

    Hi, best scenario is to get a framework and do your own theme. But it requires some skills. WP isn’t that easy to manage and you’re always going to face problems requiring in-depth knowledge.

    Well, I don’t mind designing my own child themes on a framework, I was just hoping to skip that for now so I can focus on the real content of the site. I just need to get myself off of the wordpress.com site.
