thumbnail not display on main post

I am developing a blog. I am want to display one big image or thumbnail on my post. But it won’t display. Until you click on more detail link image is shown on inner page of that post. How can i solve this problem. I want to display thumbnail on my main posts and also on inner pages of that post.
