I have craeted one more page and gallery and uploaded 4 iamges.

    http://www.amarstudios.ca/test/

please see the first two images look dull but if you click on them it opens in fancy box and the original is so much different.
But the second 2 images look fine.

Not sure what the problem is. Thumbnails are all set to 100% quality. Please help as this is badly affecting my client

@timmy4all – I do see some difference between the thumbnails and the larger images displayed in the Lightbox although there is very little difference in size between the two.

Are you seeing this same image quality issue if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme?

it kind of zaps the hue and saturation from images which have a sepia and monochrome effect. is the plugin washing off the image thumbnail? If so then is there a way to turn it off?

@timmy4all – This is a difficult item to address as there are still many variables involved. Would you be able to submit a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look at what might be going on.

We will likely need a set of log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation, please include those with the Bug Report.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
