Thumbnail image not presented correctly

    Hi,

    When

    * using thumbnail images cached locally

    AND

    * “Use Thumbshots.org for dynamic link images” is DISABLED

    The HTML defined in column “Before” for “image” is not placed correctly.

    RESULT:

    The locally stored image is shown but is not wrapped with the defined html.

    How to solve this issue?
