Thru what version does this theme work??

I was just recently tasked with upgrading a 2.9.1 WordPress due to security concerns, but this theme appears to be old.

Has anyone had any personal experience with using this theme on the newest 3.5.1 version of WordPress? I guess I could just install a new wordpress someplace and try it…? Curious if anyone has already tried or not…
