Threaded Comments

For those entries that build large comment bases, threaded comments would be a great addition. Flat works, but isn’t nearly as nice to see who is talking to who about what. This needn’t be a full forum, but something simple to help make replies to other comments rather than to the original post would be great.
It would also be cool to have the trackbacks integrated with the comments, perhaps as the begging of a thread. That might be awkward, but maybe…
