Hello,
I'm having somewhat of a trouble with my WordPress site.
Basically, none of the pages (besides Homepage) or blog posts work.
Unless I have my permlinks set to default.
And while I find default permlinks the best visually, I can't use them because I'm trying to set up a Buddypress and it doesn't offer default.
Also, when I save and activate Buddypress, not even the Homapeg works.
It just loads for half a minute and then shows "This web page has a redirect loop".
Could someone help me?

I tried all of that, but nothing.
I also looked into my host's support page and it said that they aren't currently supporting .htaccess files.
Could that be the problem and the reason why none of the pretty permalinks work except for default?

Install a new wordpress 3.5 instance in a subfolder. If it runs fine then there is no issue either with host or WordPress 3.5 (WP 3.5 has no issue, all happening because of not reading the specific big official post).
If it does not run, your host is suboptimal. Now if it runs, first downgrade to last working version for you.

Thanks! 3.5 is working great! I think I'm gonna stick with it.
