    i have installed a free trial version just to see how it works but then i decided i don’t want it anymore but quess what. you can’t remove it from your site no matter what you do.

    did everything. deleted the code from my website’s header, deleted cache, deactivated my account from zopim and the chat window is still there no matter what i do.

    what sorcery is this???????????????

    Sorry for the convenience caused. May I know the URL of your website? Can I also clarify how you installed Zopim on your WordPress site?

    Isn’t it via the plugin or you registered for a Zopim account and copy the code to your WordPress’s header?
