No solution find for this plugin, so I finally dropped it... To add an image to my categories I used the solution (whitout plugin) described in this blog (in French): http://wordpress-spirit.com/tutoriels-wordpress/ajouter-une-image-aux-categories-wordpress-sans-plugin/

Can you explain the process you went through to install this plugin, please (did you download it manually, how did you unzip it, did you install through the WP admin interface, did you upload via FTP, etc)?

If you FTP into your server, can you see the templates-admin sub-folder inside the category-images-ii subfolder?

I think the problem is that however you installed your plugin, the sub-folders were not properly created. If this is the case, then I'm interested in how you installed the plugin that this happened.

For reference, the files and sub-folders for Category Images II should look like this: https://img.skitch.com/20110913-gtp2myw8rd582mt25rejqfucqp.png

I have downloaded the plugin from wordpress plugin directory.
    Unzip with 7-Zip.
FTP Upload with Dreamweaver cs3 on Windows 2003 serveur, Standard Edition.
templates-admin sub-folder was present inside the category-images-ii folder.
    Thanks for your effort

@Rastatopoulos – Thanks for the reply. Could you see the three files inside templates-admin, which should be edit-categories-styles.php, image-edit-and-upload.php, and finally options-page.php.

Ah, Windows Server, so you're running WordPress on Windows? That might be where the issue is. I will attempt to investigate further.

Would the people (Rastatopoulos, et al) having issues with the template, and who can see the correct folder structure (as per my screengrab above), please let me know:

    Thank you.

@Simon Wheatley - Hey, development version 1.34 works fine!
    No error message.
Settings are now available, input to upload image is ok, and showing image to the theme is finally possible for the Windows Server users!
    :-)
    Great thanks.

@Rastatopoulos – That is good news. :) Would you mind visiting the plugin page and pushing the "it works" button, all those "broken" notices are making me sad!

@Simon Wheatley - Yes, I did it for the compatibility plugin 1.34 version and if in a few hours there is no complaint for the issue, I would turn this topic on resolved.
    Thanks again for your plugin.
