    first of all: Awesome plugin,

    The first time I used it it worked like a charm.
    Then I had to update all my users since some info was missing, I tried every method but this wouldn’t work since everytime I got the This email address is already registered error. Even when I didn’t include the emailadresses I got this error. Since I used random passwords generated in excel and the accounts weren’t being used yet (it’s a study association and we are going to use the accounts for job openings and downloads in the future), i thought i’d just delete them all and re-upload them with the correct information.
    Now I still get this error, i checked the entire support page, tried re-installing the plugin, checked phpMyadmin and found no references to the users.

    Can you help me with this?

    Maybe what you are seeing are the errors previously added to the log?
    Go to the uploads folder via FTP and remove the file ‘is_iu_errors.log’ before trying again.
