    There are many things that concern me.

    1. The sample slider that comes with this plugin does not work.

    2. It is a clone of Wow slider, which at least they have a free version of it.

    3. Some of the language used in their site is very questionable, and I’m not even talking about the bad English throughout – some Examples:

    – They mention free updates, but refuse to mention for how long, 30 days, a year, lifetime?
    – They talk about “Commercial Use” license, and yet in the same section they mention about “Extended License”. What is Extended license, and how is it differ from “Commercial License”?

    4. Are we buying an actual downloadable software, or another cloud app? I’m asking because the web site’s first menu item is “Create Slider”.

    5. If it is a cloud app., it will surely be a disaster, as each page load takes more than 20 seconds to load.

    You really highlighted genuine issue that we missed.

    We have almost removed all points , following are answers to your points.

    1 Sample slider is now working
    2 It is too have free version just login & build your slider then download.
    3 this issue will be removed in next coming days.

    Free updates are for all user even if they are free user(s) with no time limit.
    about License , we will clarify too soon

    4 currently it is cloud app but at later time we will provide window8 app too soon

    5 this is only our website issue not slider , slider are fast , kindly test our slider.
