Hey, i just thought i would submitt my request for the next version of WordPress witch are 3.3, i'm testing 3.3 beta 2 right now on my test site testside.tk, and it's looks really nice. But these are function witch i want in this version:
Header Slider (so i don't need to install plugin)
No matter what, unless they are out and out BUGS, they will not come into 3.3 -- At the beta stage, we are past feature freeze.
Are you talking about this plugin: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/header-image-slider/
If so, that's likely going to remain a plugin (or theme) feature, as it wouldn't work on all sites.

WordPress 3.3 is long-past the feature-freeze stage.
Beta-testing is for shaking out bugs and finalizing the code for release. New features never get introduced in the beta-testing stage.
Also: your requested feature is Theme territory, and requires no input from WordPress core. I wouldn't ever expect the core developers to address such an issue, unless it were to be as part of the default Theme bundled with WordPress.
