   Just started happening, things had been working fine until Tuesday morning... When a user creates a new post, and they try to add an image to the post, it doesn't add it directly into the post... However, it does add it into their gallery.

   Then when they go to publish, they either get a blank page for post.php (firefox) or they get a save-open dialog for post.php (IE). I replaced the wp-admin folder from a good running backup, but that didn't seem to do anything. I also replaced the tiny mce folder from backup as well and it didn't fix it. Anybody else have any suggestions?
