    Taskes 30 minutes to configure, and another 30 minutes to troubleshoot all the connection issues. They give you two different logins for 3 different websites, none of this is intuitive or simple, all overkill. There are much much easier chat plugins out there that are in fact great and simple. I prefer Zopim, but Casengo is better also. Don’t waste your time with this one.

    You must have had a hell of a ‘Friday the 13th’ 🙂

    I just downloaded this plugin once more for another client website, and it took me like 5 minutes to install it again, but it must have been my extended experience, since I installed it once before already!
    I also don’t understand what you are talking about with these 3 logins, since I only have one login for the payment/account management, which links me to the control panel to run the setup wizard, that got me going in 5 minutes including some custom texts I did change.
    And those other two Live-Chat systems you name, I tried them too before, but way more complicated, lack of simple IM client usage, but most of all, like 10x more expensive!!!
