There's not Contact > Edit.

    Try switching theme to the default theme. If this doesn’t solve it, try deactivating all other plguins.

    Thanks for the reply. I disabled the other pluggins and “contact” appeared but the form does not work. “Failed to send your message. Please try again later or contact administrator by other means”
