there's no rss feed showing on the dashboard or front end

There is no rss feed available or showing anywhere. I’m using the 2010 free theme. There isn’t the usual meta data, etc. showing up. When I had the same site on wordpress.com it showed up by itself. I checked the widgets and plugins. I’ve got the all in one seo plugin and the social media plugin. But there’s nowhere for visitors to subscribe to a feed. I can’t claim it at technorati because they want the feed url. I tried using the website name with /feed after it but it doesn’t go to anything and didn’t work with technorati. Any ideas?
