I just installed WordPress MultiSite with WAMP and everything is working fine until! (localhost - sub-directories)
When I try to add a slide in my theme I receive this message There was a problem uploading the file! Check permissions.
Please Help me before I need to return to WordPress single installation.

I am getting this similar issue. I am trying to use certain theme features where you can upload images or files to use. The thing is we are not really 'uploading' since we are working on a localhost. I need to get the file there either by copy and paste or whatever and then get the wp theme to know that I put it there.

When you said that you copy and paste the file there, in which directory you paste your files?
