i tried to install the feedjit php or zip file for my side bar in the website, i cannot find the plugin features bar frm admin.
can someone help?

You don't get to use plugins at wordpress.com sites. Just with self-hosted sites running the software from here at wordpress.org. See also: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
