I have uploaded the below plugin to wordpress directory today but when I try to download my plugin from this url it says file not found, what seems to be the problem?

...and the strange thing is I actually can download it when I log in to my wordpress blog but I need at least 3 times (I have counted) to do it. Please help. Kamsia.
