This is probable a really simple and obvious question, but since I don’t know the exact answer I thought I’d look for the correct one.
SITUATION: I am currently running the latest version of WP multisite and for one of the sub-directory sites I want to change the admin email from this@email.com to customer@customer.com. I entered my own email address during the setup of this domain however now the client has supplied me with an email they want to use.
I went to the dashboard and under settings > general then located and replaced the old email with the new one, however I get the following message:
"There is a pending change of the admin e-mail to..”
What does this mean? Did the new email I entered in the system generate an automatic email verification that the client needs to accept before this change happens? Or what??
Also, can I add multiple email addresses as the admin by simply separating them with a comma?
