[Theme:Virtue] Product attributes frozen when selected

Ok, almost all of the products I will be offering will be variable, once I save the attributes I go ahead and added a couple of products with variations. When I finished I go and try the site from the user “POV” and when I tried to pick the options (attributes) of the product I have to click twice in order to show as selected, it is like the dropdown menu items (attributes) is frozen. Please help me to figure it out, I would like to officially launch the site starting November. Thanks in advance
PS: I had another theme installed before and this was working fine for me, but I really like this theme so I would like to keep it.
