I bought a domain and downloaded wordpress through them. It's on my site but I can't use a FTP to find the content themes folder. I have tried just uploading wordpress the old fashion way but does not work.
I download the themes, zip it and then use the pluggins to upload it. It says it works and I go under themes nothing is there and then says error, It is already uploaded and does not work....
Anyone know what I can do?

Might confirm you are following the correct procedures by reviewing Adding new themes.
