Everytime I try to add a wordpress theme. I upload it to my site and I dont get the pictures just the format and other parts of the scheme. Is this my computer blocking something or what. Ive tried like three already and the where all the same outcome.

the url to the pictures in your style.css are not correct. in your css, see what directory the url is pointing.. it may be pointing to the wrong place which would render nothing in the place of pictures..
