Themes that have featured image on the left side of the posts

I am looking for good themes for a health/fitness blog that have the featured image on the left side of the summaries of published posts. Most have them on top, which is too big for me. I want a very simple looking theme that has a lot of white space on the left and right sidebars, and minimal clutter so it’s easy to scan through the site.

Any ideas? I need to be able to post a big header picture and would like it to have white space on the sides.
