Themes, pages, posts not updating, getting 404, can not deactivate Jetpack

    After plugin updates I am unable to make changes to themes or pages and new posts are not showing.

    When trying to make new posts, 404 is received sometimes.

    I have deactivated plugins one by one to find the culprit on my site. When I got to JetPack, upon clicking Deactivate, it takes me to a 404 page and will not deactive the plugin. I have used JetPack since I started and this is the first time I have had problems.

    How can I deactivate JetPack?
