I have a multisite with 6 blogs and three static pages all using different Builder child themes. Three of the themes do not show up in the themes editor, even after uploading them again. The blogs are pulling the correct theme (pages look fine) but on the dashboard the activated theme shown is TwentyTen. I don´t dare delete the 2010 thenme for fear that my pages will lose all formatting. The themes are in the wp-content/themes directory, they simply don´t show in the dashboard and therefore cannot be edited through there.
I have updated Builder, WP 3.1.1., deactivated and reactivated plugins, searched heaven knows how many forums unsuccessfully. I appreciate any orientation from anyone. Thanks.
These are the 3 blogs in question:
http://www.bibliotecavirtual.gov.do/estados-unidos/
http://www.bibliotecavirtual.gov.do/aprende-ingles/
http://www.bibliotecavirtual.gov.do/tareas/
Deleting TwentyTen does not affect your content. Just reselect the theme again.
This can happen when you;re renaming child themes.

Thanks Andrea. Deleted TwentyTen and blogs are still pulling the correct themes, but these still don't show in the dashboard, even after reuploading them. I can edit the theme through FTP or Cpanel, but I just wonder if this bug (or whatever it may be) could cause more problems down the line. The themes admin panel shows a blank for current theme.
I know we've seen this issue before and it will clear up.
To fix it - switch to a different theme. Now switch back.
You may want to keep twentyten there unless you've declared a different default theme for new blogs. Otherwise you'll be back here saying new blogs are blank. ;)

Oops I deleted 2010 but just uploaded it again. The problem is that since those 3 themes I'm referring to don't show in the dashboard at all, I can't select them. It may be something to do with the themes because I just uploaded a new, different theme (from iThemes also), as well as 2010 and they both show in the dashboard. Thanks again.
Check the permissions on the theme folder. If they are too restrictive they will not show.

Problem found. Last week I installed the WP Optimize plugin. On the three themes with problem, I found that it had deleted all spaces at the beginning of the style.css file, thus all the text identifying the theme name, author, etc was in a run-on sentence. I separated the lines and all is fine now. Thanks again Andrea.
