   I have installed wordpress (to be used as an intranet site) on my computer. When I view the blog on my system everything is fine. But, when I try to view is on another system only text can be seen.

   The problem is likely due to the presence of the word "localhost" in your WordPress addresses. You need to use a static LAN ip address in your WordPress and Blog addresses in order to access it from other computers on your network.
