   Hi,

   I am trying to load the themes but all I see is a spinning loader which never loads them.

   Has anyone else had the same problem and know of a solution?

   Is there another method of loading the themes?

   Hello James,

   It could be a problem with access rights to your folders. It could also be a conflict with a 3rd party plugin/theme.
