Themes not displaying correctly – jpg header

Hi – I’ve lately tried uploading a few different themes. Ones with a jpg header are not displaying at all properly.

http://www.neatstuffkeywest.com – the header is supposed to be black with different colored raindrops…!

http://www.howtobuycostaricarealestate.com – the header should be blue with a black page bg, white page behind the type.

Also neither shows up correctly in the preview area of my WP admin.

Two different hosting providers (cpanel).

Can anyone think why I’m having this trouble? Used FileZilla to upload like usual… I think it has to do with the jpg but don’t know.
