   I do not modify anything, but my theme and my default theme is messed up like this : http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/9677/clipboard01zv6.jpg

   It's on the default theme, I noticed that at both theme the sidebars are wrongly positioned and at the default theme, theme looks like not loaded completely.

   Simply download that theme(from some source like wordpress themes) and upload it to wordpress/wp-content/themes/ folder of your installation and overwrite the old one.
