Themes Live Preview/Customize Not loading: Login on Loop

Hi All,

I’ve seen this same problem on a different thread that was not really resolved. I’m using the latest (3.5.2) install of WP and am trying to use the live preview theme customize feature, but when I go to any theme (I use organic’s non-profit theme currently) the left side bar shows up, but the live preview says my login has expired. When I go to login, it just loops back to the login screen.

I’m a very new user, but followed the advice on other threads, to deactivate all plugins, switch to 2012 theme (no themes I have show up), and clear the cache. But still it doesn’t work. One suggestions was to uninstall WP from my domain hosting and then reinstall and restore a backup, but I’m not ready (and probably ill equipped) to do that.

One interesting thing I notice is that for everytime I try to login on the live preview screen, I have to press ‘Close’ that many times to back out of the Preview screen. Any thoughts on how I can fix this?
