Hello: I am not fully familiar with this theme (Sliding Door), but had spent some readings on the developers site in learning more how to install headings, changing images, etc. Unfortunately, I spent my last few days trying to figure out how to CHANGE and REPLACE the text heading on those 7 "sliding doors" I really appreciate of any help anyone can offer. I read the developers instructions http://mac-host.com/support/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=373, still not able to create the changes. I had follow in creating the 7 pages (not posts) but my 'sliding doors' headers are still empty and not in sequence? If anyone is familiar with this theme and knows how to make the changes ~ please let me know. Thank you so very much in advance. http://Blog.NickyEddy.com

Download the latest version ind this process is made much easier!

Just make the headings in photoshop and upload them via features image in your wordpress post.

Hi,
I implemented everything successfully. But when I create a meny as described - the fotos are not longer visible!! They link to the right page now - but you see no pics!! Please help. If I delete the menu again, the pics are visible, but the links got not to the page itself.

Ambika - if you read the instructions they will answer this question for you.
Sliding doors is not like a usual wordpress theme - it needs a little setting up.
You have done step one - assigning posts to your sliding doors.
You have not done step two which is to upload a picture for each slider. You do this via 'Featured Image' in each post.

Hi,
Can I add a logo to the headline?
Or can I create my own graphic (that would include the logo) and use it as the headline (instead of the name and tag line?)
Love the sliding pictures! Very easy to use and update!

Wayne, sorry to bother you but I am often reluctant to take on a client and work with themes that involve coding as that is not my forte. First, why do you refer to mac in the descriptions of the sliding door theme since it uploads to a server and requires to programming for macs?
Also, is the only documentation in the readme file or elsewhere? And though this may appear as a really dumb question, do I change the background color on the css sheet or where? Thanks for your input and for a great looking theme! John M.
