Themes error messages

    I have the following error messages at the bottom of my Presentation > Themes page:-
    wp-admin Stylesheet is missing.
    wp-content Stylesheet is missing.
    wp-includes Stylesheet is missing.
    Your_blog 20 Stylesheet is missing.

    Also, when you click on the header of an article, it just goes to a blank page?
    I have recently let a programmer? from a well known links company try and resolve a links problem. He couldnt.
    The result was my wordpress site was wrecked.
    I have resolved most of it, but am just left with these two problems.
    Anyone had anything similar? or have a solution?
