   Hi,

   My friend has a website with a theme I want. Is there anyway I can download this theme and then install it to my WordPress ?

   You can also get your friend to download a copy of his/her theme via FTP and send it to you, or ask her/him for his FTP info.

   Perhaps ask your friend to provide you with the Theme files?

   You can access the Theme's stylesheets, but you cannot access the Theme template PHP files directly.
