themes are not accesible

    I have three themes and none are accessible in my themes area.
    The message I receive when I try to access is NOT FOUND.
    I am trying to build a site with one of the themes, but none of the buttons work when I try to upload an image. This just started 4?3 11.
    I did a system restore just before that. Please help.

    Do you have any messages about broken themes at the bottom of Appearance->Themes? Does the Twenty Ten theme work?

    I have no messages about broken themes.
    The twenty ten theme doesn’t work either.
    Same as the theme I’m trying to work with, no go

    Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
