Theme's accomodations

Hello World,

I am looking for templates to choose from on wordpress, because I want to be using wordpress for its user friendliness. I have found a theme “Responsive,” as I like the fact that users would not have to scroll down below the fold. However, it does not appear that there are a lot of tabs on the top, which I am apprehensive of, because the company i work for has a lot of service and history that we would like to be known to users.

Does anyone know if I would be able to add more tabs to the navigation bar, or do you think this theme is kind of restrictive?
