Theme With Tabbed Area

I’m looking for a theme that uses similar features as the following website http://www.saferworld.org.uk/ It doesn’t have to look exactly the same but I want something with a tabbed area on the front page where I can put featured content under different tabs. A picture at the top would also be good but that is fairly simple to add manually later. The design do not have to be the same it is rather the features on the website I’m after with a tabbed section and a news section to the right.

Does anyone know if there are any similar themes out there? I have been looking for ages and haven’t found a good one with a tabbed area in the centre that does not look like a magazine.
